通导遥一体化赋能电力低空飞行器创新应用OA
Innovative applications of low-altitude aircraft in the power industry enabled by integrated communication,navigation and remote sensing
在低空经济快速发展的背景下,低空飞行器在电力行业的应用仍以线路巡检为主,作业场景和能力较为单一.以低轨卫星为核心的通导遥一体化技术有望成为拓展电力低空飞行器应用场景和能力的关键.通过分析通导遥一体化的概念与能力特点,对面向电力低空飞行器的通导遥一体化架构进行研究与设计,提出通导遥一体化在电力巡检、应急、建设和检修四大类业务场景赋能电力低空飞行器的创新应用路径,重点对空天地一体化网络、多源异构数据融合、智能资源调度、通导遥一体化安全防护四方面技术进行分析并给出未来研究建议.
Against the backdrop of the rapidly evolving low-altitude economy,applications of low-altitude aircraft in the power industry are still predominantly limited to line inspection,resulting in relatively singular operational scenarios and capabilities.The integrated communication,navigation,and remote sensing technology(CNR),centered on low Earth orbit satellites,holds significant promise as a key enabler for expanding the application scenarios and capabilities of low-altitude aircraft in the power sector.This paper analyzes the conceptual framework and capability characteristics of CNR integration.An architecture for CNR integration specifically designed for power low-altitude aircraft is investigated and proposed.Furthermore,innovative application pathways are outlined to demonstrate how this integration can empower such aircraft across four major business scenarios:inspection,emergency response,construction,and maintenance.The discussion focuses on four critical technological aspects:integrated space-air-ground networks,multi-source heterogeneous data fusion,intelligent resource scheduling,and security protection for CNR integrated systems.Future research directions in these areas are also suggested.
