阔叶箬竹鞭段新芽萌发及生长特性OA
Germination and Growth Characteristics of New Shoots from Rhizome Segments of Indocalamus latifolius
以长度10 cm的阔叶箬竹鞭段为试验材料,设置鞭段不留须根、保留 50%须根和全部保留须根 3种处理,进行容器育苗试验,研究鞭段新芽萌发及生长特点.结果显示,4 月上旬埋鞭,埋鞭后90d内鞭芽即可萌发出土,该芽既能萌生多个植株新芽,也能在植株新芽基部萌生多条新鞭;植株新芽在5 月底左右就有新竹长成,在埋鞭后210 d时新植株基部萌生的新鞭最短为 10 cm左右,最长可达 50 cm以上;鞭段上的须根与苗木出土时间呈正相关关系,鞭段须根留养越多,苗木出土时间越早、生长量越大.因此,在利用箬竹鞭段进行育苗时,保留鞭段全部须根对苗木生长更有利.
Rhizome segments of Indocalamus latifolius at the length of 10 cm are used as experimental materials for three treatments,i.e.,no fibrous roots retained,50%of fibrous roots retained,and all fibrous roots retained,and container seedling experiments are conducted to study sprouting and growth characteristics of the rhizome segments.The results show that when rhizome segments are buried in early April,sprouts can emerge above the soil within 90 days.These sprouts can either produce multiple new shoots or generate multiple new rhizomes at the base of the shoots.New bamboos develop from these shoots by late May.At 210 days after planting,the new rhizomes growing from the base of the shoots have a length in the range from approximately 10 cm to over 50 cm.Notably,a significant positive correlation is observed between the amount of retained fibrous roots on the rhizome segments and seedling emergence time:the more fibrous roots are preserved,the earlier the seedlings emerge and the greater their growth increment.In conclusion,retaining all fibrous roots on I.latifolius rhizome segments is more conducive to seedling growth in rhizome-based propagation.
