几种海南适生丛生竹扦插生根配方筛选OA

为加快海南优良丛生竹苗木繁育速度,研究了不同月份各竹种插穗养分状况及酶活性,筛选了扦插适宜时期;在此基础上,设计正交试验研究了植物生长调节剂种类、浓度、处理时间及基质对瓜多竹、甜龙竹、大绿竹及吊丝球竹扦插生根的影响.结果表明:7 月份各竹种可溶性糖含量均为最高,叶绿素含量、总黄酮等营养物质储备良好,吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性适宜,为4 个竹种扦插生根的适宜时期.大绿竹及吊丝球竹生根效果最好,生根率分别达到 57.73%和 41.36%.大绿竹扦插生根最佳配方为 200 mg/L NAA浸泡0.5 min,基质泥炭:珍珠岩配比为 2:1;吊丝球竹扦插生根最佳配方为 100 mg/L IAA浸泡1 min,基质泥炭:珍珠岩:蛭石配比为2:1:1;瓜多竹扦插生根最佳配方为 100 mg/L NAA浸泡 1 min,基质泥炭:珍珠岩配比为2:1;甜龙竹扦插生根最佳配方为400 mg/L IAA浸泡2 min,基质泥炭:蛭石配比为2:1.今后可继续从竹种种类、枝条年龄、采集部位、插穗规格等因素深入开展各竹种扦插生根研究,建立完善的海南省主要经济竹种扦插育苗技术.

To accelerate the breeding of excellent sympodial bamboo in Hainan province and screen optimal rooting formulas for cutting propagation of excellent bamboo species,this study compares and analyzes the nutrients and enzyme activities in cuttings of various bamboo species across different months,aiming to identify the suitable period for cutting propagation.An orthogonal experiment is designed to study the effects of types,concentrations,treatment duration,and substrate of plant growth regulator on the rooting of cuttings of Guadua angustifolia,Dendrocalamus brandisii,Bambusa grandis and B.beecheyana.The results show that in July,the soluble sugar content of all bamboo species is the highest,and there is a high content of chlorophyll and total flavonoids and favorable IAAO activity,making the month a suitable period for cutting rooting of the four bamboo species.B.grandis and B.beecheyana show the best rooting results,with rooting rates reaching 57.73%and 41.36%,respectively.The optimal rooting formula for G.angustifolia is soaking in 200 mg/L NAA for 0.5 min with a substrate of peat:perlite at 2:1;for B.beecheyana,the optimal formula is soaking in 100 mg/L IAA for 1 minute with a substrate of peat:perlite:vermiculite at 2:1:1;for G.angustifolia,the optimal formula is soaking in 100 mg/L NAA for 1 minute with a substrate of peat:perlite at 2:1;and for D.brandisii,the optimal formula is soaking in 400 mg/L IAA for 2 minutes with a substrate of peat:vermiculite at 2:1.In the future,the research on the cuttage rooting can be further conducted for various bamboo species by considering factors such as bamboo species,branch age,collection parts,and cutting specifications.This will help establish a comprehensive propagation technology for major economically important bamboo species in Hainan province.
