腹膜透析患者健康教育效果评价指标体系的构建OA
Construction of an Indicator System for Health Education Effectiveness Evaluation in Peritoneal Dialy-sis Patients
目的 构建腹膜透析患者健康教育效果评价指标体系,为临床护理人员准确监测和提升腹膜透析患者健康教育效果、开展针对性的健康教育和个性化指导提供参考.方法 2024年7-11月,以知-信-行理论作为指导框架,在文献研究的基础上拟定腹膜透析患者健康教育效果评价指标体系,并采用德尔菲法对来自腹膜透析及护理管理领域的16名专家进行了2轮函询,根据专家意见修改并确定最终质量评价指标体系.结果 2轮函询专家的积极程度均为100%;专家权威系数分别为0.896、0.918;肯德尔和谐系数为0.173~0.369(均P<0.01).第2轮专家函询各指标重要性均数为4.18~5.00分,变异系数为0~0.18.最终构建的评价指标体系共涵盖5项一级指标(健康知识、健康信念、健康行为、生理指标、健康教育满意度)、25项二级指标及58项三级指标.结论 本研究构建的腹膜透析患者健康教育效果评价指标体系内容可靠、实用科学,可为腹膜透析患者健康教育效果的评价提供客观的量化依据.
Objective To construct an indicator system for health education effectiveness evaluation in peritoneal dialysis patients,aiming to provide a reference for clinical nurses to accurately monitor and improve health education effectiveness and to implement targeted health education and personalized guidance in peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods From July to November 2024,guided by the KAP(knowledge,attitudes and practices)theory and based on a literature review,an indicator system for health education effectiveness evaluation in peritoneal dialysis patients was drafted.Two rounds of Delphi consultation were conducted with 16 experts in peritoneal dialysis and nursing management.The quality evaluation indicator system was revised and finalized based on expert opinions.Results For the two rounds of consultation,the response rates were 100%,the authoritative coefficients were 0.896 and 0.918,and the Kendall's coefficients of concordance ranged from 0.173 to 0.369(P<0.01 for all).In the second round of expert consultation,the mean importance scores of indicators ranged from 4.18 to 5.00 points,and the coefficients of variation ranged from 0 to 0.18.The final evaluation indicator system comprised 5 first-level indicators(health knowledge,health beliefs,health behaviors,physiological indicators,and health education satisfaction),25 second-level indicators,and 58 third-level indicators.Conclusion The indicator system for health education effectiveness evaluation in peritoneal dialysis patients constructed in this study is reliable,practical and scientifically sound.It provides an objective quantitative basis for evaluating health education effectiveness in peritoneal dialysis patients.
