目的:采用数据挖掘技术,多维度分析王永吉教授治疗儿童非特异性功能性腹痛(FAP-NOS)的用药规律,为临床治疗提供思路和参考.方法:收集2024年5月—2025年4月王永吉教授于长春中医药大学附属医院本部及儿童诊疗中心诊治的儿童FAP-NOS门诊病例,录入Excel 2021建立数据库,运用古今医案云平台2.3.9将标准化的中药处方数据进行药物使用频次及频率、性味、归经、功效、关联规则、层次聚类、复杂网络分析.结果:共纳入中药处方270首,共计135味中药,药物使用总频次为4111次.药物使用频次较高的依次为甘草、白芍、莪术、三棱、延胡索等.四气五味中,药性以温、平性为主,药味以苦、辛、甘为主;归经以脾经、肝经居多,胃经、肺经次之;功效以行气、消食、破血消癥、止咳平喘、活血止痛、补气补血等为主.药物关联规则分析常用药对为"甘草-白芍""莪术-三棱""甘草-延胡索"等.层次聚类将使用频次排名前20味药物聚为5类,第Ⅰ类:甘草、白芍、莪术、三棱、延胡索;第Ⅱ类:莱菔子、枳实、绵马贯众、槟榔、赤芍、龙胆草;第Ⅲ类:鸡内金、麦芽、六神曲;第Ⅳ类:木香、陈皮;第Ⅴ类:百部、百合、桑白皮、地骨皮.为进一步反映实际用药,结合临床实际,根据分组距离≥10.5为界对第Ⅱ类药物组合进行亚组分类,a组为莱菔子、枳实、绵马贯众、槟榔,b组为赤芍、龙胆草.复杂网络分析得到核心组方为甘草、白芍、莪术、三棱、延胡索、莱菔子、地骨皮、陈皮、桑白皮、木香、百部、枳实、槟榔、百合、鸡内金、麦芽.结论:王永吉教授辨治FAP-NOS,着眼于一个"通"字,重在调理气机,疏通经脉,兼顾调神缓形以止痛.治法以调和肝脾为基,以活血行气、消积化滞为辅,以清肺泻热通腑、清心安神为佐.

Objective:To employ data mining techniques for a multidimensional analysis of professor Wang Yongji's medication patterns in treating pediatric functional abdominal pain(FAP-NOS),thereby providing insights and references for clinical management of non-specific.Methods:Outpatient records of pediatric FAP cases treated by professor Wang Yongji at the main campus and the Children's Diagnosis and Treatment Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun Uni-versity of Chinese Medicine from May 2024 to April 2025 were collected.A database was established using Excel 2021.Standardized herbal prescription data were analyzed via the"Gujin Yi'an Cloud Platform"(version 2.3.9)regarding fre-quency and rate of herb usage,natures and flavors,meridian tropism,therapeutic functions,association rules,hierarchical clustering,and complex network analysis.Results:A total of 270 prescriptions involving 135 distinct herbs were included,with a total herb usage frequency of 4111.The most frequently used herbs were Gancao,Baishao,Ezhu,Sanleng,and Yanhusuo.In terms of the four natures and five flavors,the herbs were predominantly warm or mild in nature and bitter,pungent,or sweet in taste.The meridian tropism was the spleen and liver meridians,followed by the stomach and lung me-ridians.Core therapeutic actions included,regulating Qi,promoting digestion,eliminating blood stasis,relieving cough and asthma,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain,as well as tonifying Qi and blood.Association rule analysis identi-fied common herb pairs such as"Gancao-Baishao""Ezhu-Sanleng"and"Gancao-Yanhusuo".Hierarchical clustering grouped the top 20 most frequently used herbs into five clusters.Cluster I:Gancao,Baishao,Ezhu,Sanleng,Yanhusuo;Cluster II:Laifuzi,Zhishi,Mianma Guanzhong,Binglang,Chishao,Longdancao;Cluster III:Jineijin,Maiya,Liush-enqu;Cluster IV:Muxiang,Chenpi;Cluster V:Baibu,Baihe,Sangbaipi,Digupi.To better reflect actual clinical medi-cation practices,and in consideration of real-world clinical application,subgroup analysis of Cluster II was performed based on a linkage distance threshold of≥10.5,yielding subgroup a(Laifuzi,Zhishi,Mianma Guanzhong,Binglang)and subgroup b(Chishao,Longdancao).Complex network analysis revealed a core herbal formula comprising Gancao,Baishao,Ezhu,Sanleng,Yanhusuo,Laifuzi,Digupi,Chenpi,Sangbaipi,Muxiang,Baibu,Zhishi,Binglang,Baihe,Jineijin,and Maiya.Conclusion:Professor Wang Yongji's approach to diagnosing and treating pediatric FAP-NOS centers on the principle of"unblocking"—focusing on regulating Qi movement and unblocking meridians,while simultaneously harmoniz-ing the mind and relaxing the body to alleviate pain.His therapeutic strategy is fundamentally rooted in harmonizing the liver and spleen,supplemented by activating blood circulation,regulating Qi,promoting digestion,and resolving stagnation,and further supported by clearing lung heat,unblocking Fu-organs,and calming the heart to calm the mind.
