目的 探究外源施硒对金银花花蕾外观形态及硒在金银花植株中吸收转移的影响,以期为金银花等药用植物的硒肥施用提供科学依据.方法 对金银花叶面喷施不同浓度亚硒酸钠,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),测定施硒后金银花植株中金属元素含量.结果 当亚硒酸钠在较低浓度(0~50 mg·L-1)时,金银花花蕾形态正常,而在高浓度(100~300 mg·L-1)时,花蕾有一定的灼烧现象;适宜浓度(20~50 mg·L-1)的亚硒酸钠能促进钙、镁、铁、锌、锰等有益元素的吸收;在不同处理时间(6、12、18、24 d),随着亚硒酸钠浓度的升高,金银花根、茎、叶中硒含量明显增加.除金银花根中铅元素含量在 20 mg·L-1时略高外,金银花植株不同部位中铅、镉、铬、砷、铜重金属元素含量均低于空白组,这表明亚硒酸钠能抑制重金属吸收.结论 本研究为金银花等药用植物的硒肥施用提供了科学依据,适宜浓度的亚硒酸钠不仅能促进有益元素吸收,还能有效防控重金属污染,对提升药用植物品质和安全性具有重要意义.

Objective To explore the effects of exogenous selenium application on the appearance and morphology of honeysuckle flower buds and the absorption and transfer of selenium in honeysuckle plants,in order to provide a scientific basis for the application of selenium fertilizers in medicinal plants such as honeysuckle.Methods Different concentrations of sodium selenite were sprayed on the leaves of honeysuckle,and the contents of metal elements in honeysuckle plants after selenium application were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Results When the concentration of sodium selenite was low(0~50 mg·L-1),the appearance and morphology of honeysuckle flower buds were normal,while at high concentrations(100~300 mg·L-1),there was a certain degree of scorching on the flower buds.Appropriate concentrations(20~50 mg·L-1)of sodium selenite could promote the absorption of beneficial elements such as calcium,magnesium,iron,zinc,and manganese.At different treatment times(6,12,18,and 24 days),with the increase of sodium selenite concentration,the selenium content in the roots,stems,and leaves of honeysuckle significantly increased.Notably,except for the lead content in the roots of honeysuckle being slightly higher at 20 mg·L-1,the contents of heavy metal elements such as lead,cadmium,chromium,arsenic,and copper in different parts of honeysuckle plants were all lower than those in the blank group,indicating that sodium selenite could inhibit the absorption of heavy metals.Conclusion This study provides a scientific basis for the application of selenium fertilizers in medicinal plants such as honeysuckle.Appropriate concentrations of sodium selenite can not only promote the absorption of beneficial elements but also effectively control heavy metal pollution,which is of great significance for improving the quality and safety of medicinal plants.
