农机装备全生命周期数字化转型路径探究OA

Research on the digital transformation path of the full life cycle of agricultural machinery

数字化转型是应对我国农机装备低端产品锁定、关键技术与零部件外部依赖等困境的有效手段,有利于企业借助新技术融合应用实现"弯道"赶超.围绕农机数字化转型面临的投入产出比低、系统与数据兼容性差、适配性方案缺失等问题,从研发、生产、运营、服务的全生命周期流程角度,提出了企业数字化转型的基本思路和总体框架.进一步基于总体框架,提出了5个优先数字化转型场景,即研发设计、生产执行、质量管控、营销与售后、产品智能化,分析了 5 个场景中存在的农机制造过程离散、装配依赖人工、营销运维传统模式与新模式冲突等痛点,并给出相应解决方案思路.

Digital transformation has been recognized as an effective approach to address the predicaments confronting China's agricultural machinery equipment industry,such as the lock-in of low-end products and external dependence on key technologies and components.It enables enterprises to achieve"cornering overtaking"through the integrated application of new technologies.Focusing on the challenges encountered in the digital transformation of agricultural machinery—including low input-output ratio,poor system and data compatibility,and lack of adaptive solutions—a basic thinking and overall framework for enterprises'digital transformation were proposed from the perspective of the full life cycle processes covering R&D,production,operation,and services.Further,based on the overall framework,five priority digital transformation scenarios were identified,namely R&D and design,production execution,quality control,marketing and after-sales services,and product intelligence.The pain points existing in these five scenarios were analyzed,such as the discreteness of agricultural machinery manufacturing processes,manual-dependent assembly,and conflicts between traditional and new models in marketing and operation and maintenance.Corresponding solution ideas were also put forward.
