基于垄沟仿形的烟草田间转运车底盘设计OA

针对湖南省烟草种植区大多位于丘陵地带、垄沟间距狭窄且地势起伏不平等特点,以及现有作业农机缺口大、数量少、运输效率低等问题,设计并研制了一款基于垄沟仿形技术的烟草田间转运车.该转运车采用垄沟仿形电动履带底盘,并对其关键部件进行了理论分析、仿真模拟与实地试验.结合烟田实际地形与作业要求,确定了履带升降的结构形式及初始设计参数:升降行程 500 mm,整车外形尺寸为 1 200 mm×800 mm×700 mm,以保证底盘具备良好的通过性,适应不同垄沟高度差的作业环境.完成了整机及关键部件设计,选用额定功率500 W的无刷有齿轮毂电机,设计倒梯形布置的橡胶履带,采用千斤顶式升降机构与BST-YF-C型电动推杆,实现500 mm升降行程与自动调平功能.借助SolidWorks完成三维建模与有限元分析,仿真结果显示驱动轮、电动推杆等关键部件的强度、行程及推力均满足设计要求.该设备的研发可为丘陵山区农业机械化作业提供技术参考,有助于提升农业装备适应性与产业可持续发展水平.

In view of the characteristics of tobacco-growing areas in Hunan Province,such as being mostly located in hilly regions,having narrow ridge-and-furrow spacing and undulating terrain,as well as the problems of the existing agricultural machinery,including large gaps in supply,insufficient quantity and low transportation efficiency,a tobacco field transporter based on ridge-and-furrow profiling technology was designed and developed.A ridge-and-furrow profiling electric crawler chassis was adopted for this transporter,and theoretical analysis,simulation and field tests were carried out on its key components.Combined with the actual terrain and operational requirements of tobacco fields,the structural form of crawler lifting and the initial design parameters were determined:the lifting stroke was set at 500 mm,and the overall dimensions of the vehicle were designed as 1 200 mm×800 mm×700 mm,so as to ensure that the chassis had good trafficability and could adapt to the operating environments with different ridge-and-furrow height differences.The design of the whole machine and key components was completed.A brushless geared hub motor with a rated power of 500 W was selected,rubber crawlers arranged in an inverted trapezoidal shape were designed,and a jack-type lifting mechanism combined with BST-YF-C electric push rods was adopted,thus realizing a 500 mm lifting stroke and an automatic leveling function.Three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis were completed by means of SolidWorks.The simulation results showed that the strength,stroke and thrust of key components such as driving wheels and electric push rods all met the design requirements.The research and development of this equipment can provide technical reference for agricultural mechanization operations in hilly and mountainous areas,and help improve the adaptability of agricultural equipment and the level of sustainable industrial development.
