Seedling picking mechanism of automated transplanters:research review and development prospects
移栽机取苗机构作为农业自动化移栽关键部件,可同步取苗投苗,缓解劳动力短缺并提升作业效率、降低成本、减少种苗损伤与提高成活率.基于不同取苗机构取苗方式的差异,对各类取苗机构的结构、取苗效果及研究进展进行归纳分析,指出现阶段我国自动化移栽机取苗机构发展存在机械化适配不足、智能化水平低、技术创新滞后、结构形式单一等短板问题,根源在于基础研究薄弱、产学研融合不深、创新投入不足及智能化技术转化滞后.针对上述短板,建议通过强化基础研究支撑、突破关键识别技术瓶颈、优化智能控制体系,研发环保多元的智能装备等手段,推动移栽机取苗机构向智能化、高效化、多功能方向转型升级.
As a pivotal component in agricultural automated transplanting systems,the seedling handling mechanism enables synchronized harvesting and planting operations.Through this design,labor shortages were alleviated,operational efficiency was improved,costs were reduced,seedling damage was minimized,and survival rates were enhanced.Based on the differences in seedling picking methods among various mechanisms,the structure,seedling picking effect,and research progress of different types of seedling picking mechanisms were summarized and analyzed.The shortcomings in the development of automated transplanter seedling picking mechanisms in China at the current stage were pointed out,including insufficient mechanization adaptation,low intelligence level,lagging technological innovation,and single structural form.The root causes of these issues were identified as weak basic research,insufficient integration of industry,academia,and research,inadequate investment in innovation,and delayed transformation of intelligent technologies.To address the above shortcomings,it was proposed that the transformation and upgrading of transplanter seedling picking mechanisms towards intelligence,high efficiency,and multi-functionality should be promoted by strengthening basic research support,breaking through the bottlenecks of key identification technologies,optimizing the intelligent control system,and developing environmentally friendly and diversified intelligent equipment.
