智能高地隙多功能田间管理装备设计与试验OA
Design and experiment of intelligent high-clearance multifunctional field management equipment
针对我国高端田间管理装备智能化水平低、核心部件依赖进口的问题,设计了一种智能高地隙多功能田间管理装备.通过研发液压驱动底盘、液压-药泵协同系统与精量配混施肥装置,实现了植保与施肥功能的集成及核心部件国产化.田间试验表明,该装备运行稳定,施药与施肥效率分别达 5.33~10.00 hm2/h和 2.00~4.67 hm2/h,可为规模化农田的智能化管理提供有效装备支撑.
To address the problems of low intelligence level and heavy reliance on imported core components in China's high-end field management equipment,an intelligent high-clearance multifunctional field management equipment was designed.By developing a hydraulically driven chassis,a hydraulic-pesticide pump coordinated system,and a precision blending and fertilization device,the integration of plant protection and fertilization functions was achieved,and the localization of core components was realized.Field tests showed that the equipment operates stably,with the pesticide application and fertilization efficiencies reaching 5.33~10.00 hm2/h and 2.00~4.67 hm2/h,respectively.This equipment can provide effective equipment support for the intelligent management of large-scale farmland.
