Research progress and prospect of aerobic fermentation composting reactors

为应对传统堆肥方式占地大、周期长、污染重等问题,推动农业废弃物高效资源化利用,系统综述好氧发酵堆肥反应器的研究进展,重点分析立式、卧式与筒仓式反应器的结构特点、技术优势及现存不足.研究表明,反应器技术虽具有占地少、发酵快、污染可控等优点,但仍面临搅拌不均、能耗偏高、智能化不足等挑战.未来需通过多尺度机理研究、结构工艺优化与智能控制升级,促进该技术向高效、低碳、规范化方向发展,对实现农业绿色循环与可持续发展具有重要意义.

To address the problems of large land occupation,long cycle,and heavy pollution associated with traditional composting methods,and to promote the efficient resource utilization of agricultural waste,the research progress of aerobic composting reactors was systematically reviewed,with a focus on analyzing the structural characteristics,technical advantages and existing deficiencies of vertical,horizontal and silo-type reactors.Studies showed that although reactor technology had the advantages of small land occupation,rapid fermentation and controllable pollution,it still faced challenges such as uneven mixing,high energy consumption and insufficient intelligence.In the future,it would be necessary to promote the development of this technology towards high efficiency,low carbon and standardization through multi-scale mechanism research,structural and process optimization as well as intelligent control upgrading,which was of great significance for realizing the green circulation and sustainable development of agriculture.
