带偏挂小车的宽箱体起重机结构仿真及轻量化研究OA

冶金用宽箱体双梁起重机具有自重大、体积大等特点,带偏挂小车的宽箱体双梁多功能起重机是冶金行业钢卷和钢坯搬运专用设备.目前,宽箱体起重机尤其是带偏挂的宽箱体起重机的设计计算尚处于经验沿用、类比借用阶段,采用简支梁简化模型难以准确模拟偏挂小车及其载荷带来的扭矩影响,致使计算结果不准确.鉴于此,文中基于三维模型加以远程载荷加载对起重机进行多工况模拟分析,力求准确模拟偏挂小车对宽箱梁的弯扭复合影响,对偏挂宽箱体起重机主梁的进行轻量化设计,并通过轻量化设计使主梁自身质量在满足内部空间的前提下减轻了 10.54%.

Double-girder wide-box girder metallurgical cranes are characterized by substantial weight and considerable volume.The multi-functional double-girder wide-box girder cranes with underhung trolley are dedicated to the handling of steel coils and billets in the metallurgical industry.Now,the design and calculation of wide-box girder cranes,particularly those with underhung trolleys,remain reliant on empirical application and analogical transposition.The simplified simply-supported-girder model proves inadequate for accurately simulating the torsional effects induced by the underhung trolley and its attendant load,thereby yielding imprecise computational outcomes.In view of the above,a multi-operating-condition simulation of the crane was executed on the basis of the three-dimensional model and remote-load application,whereby the combined bending and torsional action imparted by the underhung trolley to the wide box girder was accurately reproduced.The main girder of the wide-box girder crane with underhung trolley was subsequently subjected to lightweight design,achieving a 10.54%mass reduction while preserving the requisite internal clearance.
