以巴拉水电站尾水洞0+938~0+950段洞室垮塌冒顶事故为研究对象,通过现场勘察、地质资料分析及施工过程回溯,系统探究软岩地层隧洞冒顶的诱发因素与形成机制.研究表明:软岩的物理力学缺陷、复杂地质构造与水文条件、施工扰动与地震外力等多因素耦合作用最终导致洞室失稳冒顶并引发地表塌陷.基于研究结论,提出针对性的防控建议,可为同类软岩地层隧洞工程的安全施工提供参考.

Taking the tunnel collapse and roof fall accident in the 0+938~0+950 section of the tailrace tunnel of Bala Hydropower Project as the research object,this paper systematically explores the inducing factors and formation mechanism of tunnel roof falls in soft rock strata through on-site investigation,geological data analy-sis,and construction process retrospective analysis.The research shows that the coupled effect of multiple fac-tors,including the physical and mechanical defects of soft rock,complex geological structures and hydrological conditions,construction disturbance,and external seismic forces,ultimately leads to tunnel instability,roof fall,and surface subsidence.Based on the research conclusions,targeted prevention and control suggestions are pro-posed,which can provide a reference for the safe construction of similar tunnel projects in soft rock strata.
