Dyeing and processing new technology of green and environmen-tally friendly bio-based peptide fiber
为解决不耐酸碱、高温性能的肽纤维染色加工技术难题,本研究通过试验设计进行工艺优化.在不影响肽纤维拉伸性能的情况下,肽纤维的优化除油工艺为:除油剂RSL 10 g/L、精练剂JL510 g/L、除油时间30 min、除油温度60℃,纤维上的油可被完全去除.纤维最高烘干温度为90℃.纤维的优化染色工艺为:元明粉30 g/L或50 g/L(根据染料用量加入)、助染剂0~5 g/L(根据染料用量加入)、染色温度60℃、染色时间30 min.在纤维得色量提高的同时,纤维的耐皂洗色牢度达到了4级及以上,满足纺织品日常服用标准要求.
In order to solve the technical problem of peptide fiber dyeing process which is not resistant to acid and alkali and high temperature,the process was optimized by experimental design.The optimal oil removal process for peptide fibers without affecting their tensile properties is as follows:oil remover RSL 10 g/L,scouring agent JL5 10 g/L,oil remov-al time 30 min,oil removal temperature 60℃,which can completely remove the oil from the fibers.The maximum drying temperature for the fibers is 90℃.The optimal dyeing process for the fibers is as follows:sodium sulfate 30 g/L or 50 g/L(added according to the amount of dye),dyeing assistant 0-5 g/L(added according to the amount of dye),dyeing tempera-ture 60℃,dyeing time 30 min.While the color yield of the fibers is increased,thecolor fastness to soaping of the fibers reaches grade 4 or above,meeting the daily wear standards for textiles.
