本研究针对传统四面弹面料弹性持久性不足、拉伸易变形等问题,开发了一种新型全棉四面弹面料,通过优化气流浸染工艺与生产流程,显著提升了面料的拉伸回弹性、尺寸稳定性及舒适性.试验采用全棉四面弹染色布(30D60×30D60),结合烧毛、碱氧堆、漂白、丝光、气流水洗、高温定形等工艺,重点优化气流染色和无张力处理技术,避免弹性纤维损伤.本研究为高弹性、低缩水率、高耐久性全棉四面弹面料的工业化生产提供了可行方案,具有显著的市场应用价值.

This study addresses the issues of insufficient elasticity and durability and easy deformation in tradition-al four-sided elastic fabrics.A new type of all cotton four-sided elastic fabric has been developed by optimizing the air flow dyeing process and production procedures,significantly enhancing the fabric's stretch recovery,dimensional stability,and comfort.The experiment used all cotton four-sided elastic dyed fabric(30D60×30D60),incorporating processes such as scouring,alkali oxygen stacking,bleaching,mercerization,air washing,and high-temperature setting,with a focus on op-timizing air flow dyeing and tension-free treatment to prevent damage to elastic fibers.This study provides a feasible solu-tion for the industrial production of high-elasticity,low-shrinkage,and highly durable all cotton four-sided elastic fabrics,with significant market application value.
