储粮保护剂S-烯虫酯的毒理机制、毒性及安全性综述OA
Review of the Toxicological Mechanisms,Toxicology and Safety of S-Methoprene as a Grain Protectant
作为保幼激素类似物的典型代表,S-烯虫酯通过特异性干扰昆虫蜕皮周期实现靶向防控,其低哺乳动物毒性与环境友好性已在全球50余年的应用中得以验证.本文系统综述S-烯虫酯的毒理机制、毒性及安全性评估信息,结合其在FAO、美国等的食品残留政策,论证该药剂在抑制仓储害虫繁殖、降低化学残留及保护非靶标生物方面的综合优势,为我国绿色储粮技术体系的完善及粮食安全保障提供科学依据.
As a typical representative of juvenile hormone analogs,S-Methoprene achieves targeted control by specifically interfering with the molting cycle of insects.Its low mammalian toxicity and environmental friendliness have been verified through over 50 years of global application.This paper systematically reviews the toxicological mechanisms,toxicological characteristics,and international safety assessment information of S-Methoprene.Combined with its food residue policies established by FAO and the USA,the comprehensive advantages of S-Methoprene in suppressing the reproduction of pests in stored grain,reducing chemical residues,and protecting non-target organisms are discussed.The review provides a scientific basis for the improvement of China's green grain storage technology system and the security of grain supply.
