和美乡村建设背景下产业发展路径优化研究OA

In the context of building harmonious and beautiful rural communities,developing distinctive agricultural industries can strengthen industrial foundations and more effectively drive comprehensive rural revitalization.This study focuses on Cuiguan Pear Industry in D Village of Suqian City to explore optimization strategies for rural industrial development under the harmonious rural construction framework.Through field research and analysis of the industry's current status,three key challenges were identified:inadequate promotion,insufficient industrial integration,and talent development gaps.Targeted improvement strategies were proposed,including diversified marketing approaches,enhanced industrial integration for increased benefits,and talent empowerment to boost development.These measures aim to provide solid theoretical references and practical guidance for other rural areas pursuing characteristic agricultural industries to support harmonious rural construction.
