Research and Management Progress of Neonicotinoid Pesticides in China and Worldwide

本文介绍了新烟碱类农药研究基本情况,研究了欧盟、美国等主要国家和地区该类农药管理进展动态,梳理了我国新烟碱类农药登记和最大残留限量标准制定情况,分析了欧盟禁用吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、噻虫胺等3种新烟碱类农药对我国农药产业、农产品出口等的影响,提出了强化农药环境风险评估、风险管控、法典标准制定和农药科技创新等对策建议.

This paper introduces the research status of neonicotinoid pesticides and examines the developments in the regulation and management of these pesticides in major regions and countries such as the European Union and the United States.It further reviews the registration and Maximum Residue Limit standards for neonicotinoids in China and analyzes the impacts of the EU's ban on three neonicotinoid pesticides-imidacloprid,thiamethoxam,and clothianidin-on China's pesticide industry and agricultural product exports.Based on these analyses,countermeasures and recommendations are proposed such as strengthening environmental risk assessment,risk management,codex standard formulation,and pesticide technological innovation.
