淮河干流蚌埠闸上游径流变化趋势分析OA
Analysis of runoff variation trend in the upstream of the Bengbu Sluice on the Huaihe River mainstream
为避免因上游来水过程复杂导致蓄泄时机决策困难及水资源浪费,基于蚌埠闸上游鲁台子水文站 1950-2016年的逐日径流资料,研究建立了以年际变差系数、年际极值比、距平百分率、非均匀系数、集中度和集中期等为主的指标体系,围绕该河段年际和年内径流变化趋势进行了深入分析.蚌埠闸上游年径流总体微弱减少,但年际波动剧烈,特丰与特枯水年发生频繁;年内分配趋于均匀,非汛期水量占比上升,集中期每 23 a约滞后 1 d,而径流重心保持稳定.研究表明:淮河干流蚌埠闸上游径流时序由"汛期集中"向"年内均匀"的特征转变,且该河段存在集中期滞后推移的现象,可为蚌埠闸适时蓄泄、水资源优化配置及洪旱风险防控提供科学依据.
To avoid difficulties in deciding the timing of water storage and release,as well as water resource wastage caused by the complexity of upstream inflow processes,this paper is based on the daily runoff data from 1950 to 2016 recorded at the Lutaizi hydrological station upstream of the Bengbu Sluice.An indicator system was established,mainly including the interannual variation coefficient,interannual extreme ratio,percentage anomaly,non-uniformity coefficient,concentration degree,and concentration period.On this basis,an in-depth analysis was conducted on the interannual and intra-annual runoff variation trends in this river reach.The annual runoff upstream of the Bengbu Sluice showed an overall slight decreasing trend,while interannual fluctuations were pronounced,with extremely wet and extremely dry years occurring frequently.The intra-annual distribution of runoff tended to become more uniform,with an increasing proportion of runoff during the non-flood season.The concentration period was delayed by approximately 1 day every 23 years,whereas the runoff center of gravity remained relatively stable.The paper unveiled a shift in the streamflow regime from a pattern characterized by"high concentration during flood seasons"toward one marked by"more uniform intra-annual distribution".It also identified the delayed occurrence of peak flow concentration as a key phenomenon.The paper provides a scientific basis for the timely regulation of water storage and discharge at the Bengbu Sluice,optimized water resource allocation,and improved flood and drought risk management.
