风湿免疫病(ARDs)常伴发多系统受累,其脏腑病机演变规律与圆运动理论的癸水、中土密切相关.本文基于圆运动理论,探讨ARDs多系统受累的病机演变,提出癸水气化失司、温升不及为共性病机基础;中土运化乏力、枢转不灵为核心病变环节;水土交相克伐、四维倾覆终致多系统共病."挟土暖癸法"辨治ARDs多系统受累,包括"暖癸"温滋配伍,以助癸水气化温升;"挟土"甘辛相济,以复中土运化枢转;"挟土暖癸"彼此协同,兼顾他脏,以成五脏圆运动.

Autoimmune rheumatic diseases(ARDs)are often accompanied by multi-system involvement,and the pattern of vis-ceral pathogenesis is closely related to the Gui Water and Central Earth in the circular movement theory.Based on the circular move-ment theory,this study explores the pathological evolution of multi-system involvement in ARDs.It proposes that the failure in the transformation and inadequate warm ascent of Gui Water serve as the common pathological foundation;the weakened transportation and transformation and impaired pivot function of the Central Earth represent the core lesion stage;while the mutual impairment of Water and Earth and the collapse of the four dimensions finally leads to multi-system co-disease.The treatment of multi-system involvement in ARDs with the"Assisting the Earth and Warming the Gui Method"includes:"Warming the Gui"through the combination of warm-ing and nourishing herbs to promote the transformation and warm ascent of Gui Water;"Assisting the Earth"through the balanced use of sweet and pungent herbs to restore the transportation,transformation,and pivot function of the Central Earth;the synergistic action of"Assisting the Earth and Warming the Gui Method"while simultaneously addressing other organs,thereby achieving the circular move-ment of the five organs.
