民航场道工程全生命周期质量管理数字化转型研究OA
随着民航场道工程复杂性及监管标准的大幅提升,传统质量管控方法已难以满足需求,亟待借助数字化技术实现转型.为此,该文提出一套民航场道工程质量全生命周期管理的数字化转型方案.在施工前运用BIM技术进行虚拟建造;施工过程依托智慧施工平台实施数字化监控;施工完成后,借助探地雷达及三维激光扫描等设备开展质量检测.在运维阶段,搭建智慧跑道监测系统,实现对跑道状态的实时监测.通过这一系列数字化技术的综合应用,构建从设计、施工到运维一体化的数字化质量管理体系,不仅提升机场工程建设管理水平,还有效降低机场运行中跑道、滑行道的潜在风险,为民航场道工程的质量管控提供新的有效途径.
With the significant increase in the complexity of civil aviation track projects and regulatory standards,traditional quality control methods have become difficult to meet demand,and digital technology is urgently needed to achieve transformation.To this end,this paper proposes a digital transformation plan for the full life cycle management of civil aviation track engineering quality.BIM technology is used for virtual construction before construction;the construction process relies on a smart construction platform to implement digital monitoring;after the construction is completed,quality inspection is carried out with the help of equipment such as ground penetrating radar and three-dimensional laser scanning.During the operation and maintenance phase,a smart runway monitoring system will be built to achieve real-time monitoring of runway status.Through the comprehensive application of this series of digital technologies,a digital quality management system integrating design,construction to operation and maintenance has been built,which improves airport engineering construction management,reduces potential runway and taxiway operation risks,and offers a new effective way for civil aviation airfield engineering quality control.
