气相色谱法测定西归中咪鲜胺及其代谢物总残留量OA
Determination of Prochloraz and Metabolites Residue in Xigui by Gas Chromatography
[目的]建立气相色谱法测定西归中咪鲜胺及其代谢物总残留量的分析方法.[方法]样品采用乙酸-乙腈溶液(1+99)提取,经水解、净化处理,以气相色谱仪测定水解产物 2,4,6-三氯苯酚,外标法定量.[结果]在质量浓度(以咪鲜胺计)0.025~2.5 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9993;检出限、定量限分别为 2.45×10-5 mg/kg、8.16×10-5 mg/kg;在添加水平为 0.025、0.075 mg/kg下,加标回收率为 79.3%~99.2%;重复性条件下相对标准偏差 2.5%~5.3%(n=5).[结论]该方法适用于西归中咪鲜胺及其代谢物总残留量的分析.
[Objective]To establish a method for determination of the total residues of prochloraz and its metabolites in Xigui by gas chromatography.[Methods]The samples were extracted with acetic acid-acetonitrile solution(1+99).After hydrolysis and purification,the hydrolysis product(2,4,6-trichlorophenol)was determined by gas chromatography and quantified using the external standard method.[Results]A good linear relationship was observed in the mass concentra-tion range(calculated as prochloraz)of 0.025 to 2.5 μg/mL,with a correlation coefficient(r)of 0.9993.The limits of detection(LOD)and quantification(LOQ)were 2.45×10-5 mg/kg and 8.16×10-5 mg/kg,respectively.At spiked levels of 0.025 and 0.075 mg/kg,the recovery rates ranged from 79.3%to 99.2%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)under repeatability conditions were between 2.5%and 5.3%(n=5).[Conclusion]The developed method is suitable for the analysis of total residues of prochloraz and its metabolites in Xigui.
