近距离煤层外错式巷道支护优化研究OA
为解决近距离煤层软岩地质条件下外错式布置方式的巷道维护难题,以 3S203 工作面辅运顺槽为工程背景,采用现场调研和理论分析等方法,分析 3S203 辅运顺槽在回采期间的巷道变形机理,层间距过小且无关键层;3S203辅运顺槽布置外错距离不合理.并提出中空注浆锚索+一梁三柱的联合支护优化方案,经过现场应用并监测,该联合支护方案将顶板最大位移量控制在200 mm以内,顶板锚杆、索最大压力控制在 110 kN以内,该联合支护设计很好地控制巷道变形.
In order to solve the problem of roadway maintenance with staggered layout under the geological conditions of close-distance coal seam,taking the auxiliary haulage gateway of 3S203 working face as the engineering background,on-site investigation and theoretical analysis methods were used to analyze the tunnel deformation mechanism of the 3S203 auxiliary transportation road during mining:the interval between layers is too small and there is no key layer;the offset distance of the 3S203 auxiliary transportation road arrangement is unreasonable.An optimized joint support plan of hollow grouting anchor cable+one beam and three pillars is proposed.After field application and monitoring,this joint support plan controls the maximum roof displacement within 200 mm,and the maximum pressure of roof anchors and cables with in 110 kN.The joint support design well controls the deformation of the roadway.
