四川省高质量发展水平综合测度与时空变化OA

Centered around 18 prefecture-level cities in Sichuan Province,we devised a comprehensive evaluation in-dex system to gauge the level of high-quality development,encompassing five crucial dimensions:economic develop-ment,technological innovation,ecological quality,social equity,and green transformation.Leveraging the CRITIC method,we computed and ranked the comprehensive evaluation index of high-quality development in Sichuan Province for the years 2011,2014,2017,and 2020.Subsequently,ArcGIS was used to draw the distribution map of the city's high-quality development level,and the spatiotemporal variation law of its high-quality development level was revealed,furthermore,Theil index method was used to analyze the regional differences of high-quality develop-ment level,and the gray correlation analysis method was used to analyze the influencing factors of high-quality de-velopment Our findings indicate:(1)Between 2011 and 2020,Sichuan Province saw a steady upward trend in its high-quality development performance.Notably,the variations in its high-quality development level and the disparities among prefecture-level cities gradually diminished,with Chengdu consistently leading the pack.The contribution stem-ming from intra-regional differences outweighed those from inter-regional differences,suggesting that the primary source of overall differences in Sichuan lay within its regions.Specifically,the Chengdu Plain Economic Zone exhibit-ed the most significant disparities and contribution to high-quality development,trailed by the Northeast Sichuan E-conomic Zone,while the South Sichuan Economic Zone displayed relatively minor variations and contributions.(2)Over the last decade,the high-quality development level of Sichuan Province has adhered to a pattern of"low at both ends and high in the middle."Only Chengdu maintains a top-tier status,while Mianyang remains in the second tier.Cities in the third and fourth tiers are more prevalent,while those in the fifth tier are scarce.(3)From 2011 to 2020,the influence of criteria-level indicators on Sichuan's high-quality development level is ranked as follows:eco-logical quality,green transformation,economic development,social equity,and innovative development.This under-scores that ecological quality and green transformation are the key factors shaping the high-quality development of prefecture-level cities in Sichuan.The findings of this study serve as a valuable reference for devising Sichuan's high-quality development strategy.
