钢结构砌体填充墙裂缝成因分析与防治措施研究OA

针对钢结构砌体填充墙裂缝问题,该文以某城市棚户区改造省级统贷项目某幼儿园为例,分析裂缝形成的机理,重点探讨钢材与砌体材料物理性能差异导致的裂缝成因.结合工程实践,提出采用埃特板饰面修复外墙裂缝、柔性材料处理填充墙与钢梁钢柱交接处裂缝、规范设置拉结筋与构造柱钢筋连接等防治措施.这些措施有效抑制裂缝扩展,提升墙体结构的稳定性和耐久性,同时满足建筑外观和规范要求.研究成果可以为类似钢结构砌体填充墙裂缝防治提供参考.

Regarding the issue of cracks in masonry infill walls of steel structures,this paper takes a kindergarten project in a provincial unified loan project for shantytown renovation in a certain city as a case study.It analyzes the mechanism of crack formation,with a focus on exploring the causes of cracks due to the differences in physical properties between steel and masonry materials.Combined with engineering practice,preventive measures are proposed,including the use of ETERPAN cladding to repair exterior wall cracks,flexible materials to treat cracks at the junctions of infill walls with steel beams and columns,and standardized installation of tie bars and reinforcement connections for structural columns.These measures effectively suppress crack propagation,enhance the stability and durability of the wall structure,and meet architectural appearance and regulatory requirements.The research findings provide a reference for preventing and addressing cracks in similar steel structure masonry infill walls.
