宫颈HPV感染痰湿体质的中医分析及益气健脾法疗效观察OA

Objective To explore the correlation between TCMconstitution and syndrome types in patients with human papillo-mavirus(HPV)infection,and to evaluate the efficacy and side effects of tonifying Qi,strengthening spleen,eliminating damp-ness and relieving toxin method in treating phlegm-damp constitution HPV infection.Methods The constitutions of 1500 patients with cervical HPV infection from April 2022 to November 2023 were analyzed.Among them,400 patients with phlegm-damp constitution were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group(200 cases in each).The control group was treated with recombinant interferon α-2b vaginal effervescent capsules and Baofukang suppositories alternately.The experimental group received the same treatment with the addition of Yiqi Jianpi Qushi Jiedu Decoction(益气健脾祛湿解毒方).After 6 months,the clinical efficacy,TCMsyndrome scores and side effects were recorded for both groups.Results Among the 1500 pa-tients with cervical HPV infection,phlegm-damp constitution was the most common.The correlation analysis between spleen defi-ciency with dampness obstruction and phlegm-damp constitution showed a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate was 97%(194/200)in the experimental group and 90%(180/200)in the control group.The difference in treatment efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of side effects in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with no statistical significance(P＞0.05).Conclusion The tonifying Qi,strengthening spleen,eliminating dampness and relieving toxin method has shown significant efficacy in patients with phlegm-damp constitution HPV infection,effectively improving the clinical symptoms and reducing the side effects.
