基于"肾应冬-玄府闭"探讨维生素D与银屑病"冬重夏轻"的相关性OA
Exploring Pathogenesis of Vitamin D in Psoriasis"Severe in Winter and Mild in Summer"Based on Principle of"Kidney Corresponds to Winter-Xuanfu Closure"
中医"肾应冬-玄府闭"理论能够解释银屑病"冬重夏轻"的病机,进而提出"温肾元-开玄府"论治银屑病,在临床实践和实验研究中相互印证.现代医学认识到银屑病"冬重夏轻"与维生素D水平高度相关.结合前期提出维生素D可被视为"肾藏精"的客观物质基础,温肾中药对维生素D系统存在调节影响,可引申阐释与"肾藏精"理论同源的"肾玄府".故该文基于维生素D探讨"肾应冬-玄府闭"理论在银屑病"冬重夏轻"中的现代内涵.
The theory of"kidney corresponding to winter-Xuanfu closure"in traditional Chinese medicine can explain the pathogenesis of psoriasis"severe in winter and mild in summer",and then puts forward the theory of"warming kidney original Qi-opening Xuanfu"in the treatment of psoriasis,which is confirmed by clinical practice and experimental research.Modern medicine has recognized that psoriasis"severe in winter and mild in summer"is highly correlated with vitamin D levels.Based on the previous research,it is proposed that vitamin D can be regarded as the objective material basis of"kidney storing essence".Warming kidney Chinese medicine has a regulatory effect on the vitamin D system,which can be extended to explain"kidney cor-responding to winter-Xuanfu closure",which is homologous to the theory of"kidney storing essence".Therefore,based on vita-min D,this paper discussed the modern connotation of the theory of"kidney corresponding to winter-Xuanfu closure"in psoria-sis"severe in winter and mild in summer".
