粤澳中医药科技产业合作的路径和实践成效OA

The Guangdong-Macao Cooperation Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park serves as a pivotal strategic fulcrum for China in promoting the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and fostering regional coordinated development.To further explore the specific pathways and outcomes of Guangdong-Macao cooperation in the TCM science and technology industry,this study employs a case study approach and finds that the Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park of Cooperation between Guangdong and Macao has achieved breakthrough progress in international registration,global market expansion,and intelligent diagnosis and treatment,becoming an important platform for effectively integrating research,manufacturing,and market resources within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.By analyzing the park's policy environment,spatial layout,innovation carriers,industrial clusters,and practical development pathways,it is found that the park provides research and commercialization services for small and medium-sized enterprises by integrating innovation carriers such as the State Key Laboratory of Mechanism and Quality of Chinese Medicine,good manufacturing practice(GMP)pilot platforms,and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities,thereby promoting the agglomeration of upstream and downstream enterprises along the industrial chain and ensuring efficient operation through institutional and mechanism innovations.Leveraging the complementary advantages of Hengqin's advanced manufacturing capacity and Macao's research strengths and international influence,the park has formed a development pattern characterized by"locational complementarity and functional synergy".Nevertheless,the park continues to face challenges such as limited mutual recognition of market access and regulatory standards,as well as relatively high production costs.Accordingly,there is an urgent need to further relax market access,expand the scope of cross-border circulation,make full use of the state key laboratory platform to promote upward movement along the value chain,and address constraints related to cross-border talent mobility and supply.
