Research on Viscoelastic Damping Vibration Isolator with Double-concave Negative Poisson's Ratio Metastructure

为了隔离低频微幅振动,设计了一种粘弹性阻尼隔振器,其由双内凹负泊松比(Negative poisson's ratio,NPR)薄片结构及其内部填充丁基橡胶阻尼材料构成.利用有限元方法分析了双内凹薄片的负泊松比效应和刚度,通过实验对丁基橡胶的超弹性和粘弹性特性进行了表征;建立有限元模型分析该负泊松比隔振器的静力学特性,自由振动和受迫振动等动态特性.结果显示,相较于弹簧-阻尼隔振器其共振峰值降低了 92.8%,等效阻尼为 1 600 Ns/m,并得到内凹角度θ和薄片厚度t对振动传递率的影响.实验结果与理论和有限元结果吻合较好,验证了该隔振器的有效性.

To isolate low frequency micro-amplitude vibration,a novel viscoelastic damping vibration isolator was designed,which mainly consists of a negative Poisson's ratio double-concave sheets structure and its internal filling of butyl rubber damping material.In this paper,the finite element method was used to analyze the negative Poisson's ratio(NPR)effect and stiffness of the double-concave sheets,and the hyperelastic and viscoelastic properties of the butyl rubber were characterized through experiments;a finite element model of the vibration isolatorwas established to analyze its static properties,free vibration and forced vibration,and other dynamic properties.The results showed that the resonance peak is reduced by 92.8%compared with the spring-damped vibration isolator,and the equivalent damping is 1 600 Ns/m.The effects of the concave angle θ and the thickness t of the sheet on the vibration transmission rate of the vibration isolator were analyzed.Experimental test platform of vibration isolation was established.The experimental results coincide with those predicted by theoretical model and finite element model,and then the effectiveness of the vibration isolator was verified.
