辣椒抗炭疽病研究进展OA

Research progress on pepper resistance to anthracnose

辣椒作为全球重要的经济作物,其炭疽病的防治是实现产业可持续发展的关键.本文从三个方面综述了辣椒抗炭疽病研究进展:病原菌致病过程与防治技术、抗病性鉴定方法与种质资源挖掘、抗病分子机制与代谢调控网络.目前,该领域仍面临抗病种质资源遗传背景狭窄、评价体系标准化不足、QTL定位精度有限以及抗病性机制解析滞后等问题.未来研究需聚焦于抗病种质资源创新、多组学技术整合与抗性机制深度解析,并加快分子育种技术的应用,构建以"抗病品种+生物防治制剂+精准施药"为核心的综合防治体系,从而推动辣椒产业的高质量发展.

As an important global cash crop,pepper requires effective anthracnose control for the sustainable development of its industry.This paper reviews the research progress on pepper resistance to anthracnose from three aspects:the pathogenic process and control technologies of pathogenic fungi,methods for identifying disease resistance and exploration of germplasm resources,and molecular mechanisms of disease resistance and metabolic regulatory networks.At present,this field still faces problems such as the narrow genetic background of disease-resistant germplasm resources,insufficient standardization of evaluation systems,limited precision in QTL mapping,and lagging analysis of disease resistance mechanisms.Future research should focus on the innovation of disease-resistant germplasm resources,the integration of multi-omics technologies,and in-depth analysis of resistance mechanisms.It should also accelerate the application of molecular breeding technologies and establish a comprehensive management system centered on"disease-resistant varieties+biological control agents+precise pesticide application",thereby promoting the high-quality development of the pepper industry.
