中医康复护理方案对机器人辅助肺癌术后肺功能及生活质量的干预效果OA
Effect of TCM rehabilitation nursing protocol on pulmonary function and quality of life in patients after robot-assisted lung cancer surgery
目的:探讨中医康复护理方案对达芬奇机器人辅助肺癌术后患者肺功能和生活质量的干预效果.方法:选取 2022 年9 月—2024 年 9 月于空军军医大学唐都医院行机器人辅助肺癌手术的136 例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=68,接受常规肺癌术后护理方案)与观察组(n=68,在常规肺癌术后护理方案的基础上给予中医康复护理).比较并分析两组肺功能、生活质量、疼痛情况、术后恢复情况及并发症情况.结果:与干预前比较,两组干预后的MVV、VC、FVC、FEV1 水平均升高(P<0.05);干预 1 个月后,观察组上述四项指标均高于对照组(P<0.05).与干预前比较,两组干预后欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生活质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-LC43)评分均升高,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均降低(P<0.05);干预 1个月后,观察组EORTC QLQ-LC43评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组住院时间及引流管留置时间短于对照组,初次下地活动时间早于对照组(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在达芬奇机器人辅助肺癌术后应用中医康复护理方案可显著改善患者肺功能、提高生活质量、缩短术后恢复时间、缓解疼痛并降低并发症发生率.将中医特色护理与现代医疗技术深度融合,能为肺癌术后患者构建更全面、高效的康复护理模式.
Objective:To explore the intervention effects of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)rehabilitation nursing protocol on pulmonary function and quality of life in patients who underwent Da Vinci surgical robot-assisted lung cancer surgery.Methods:136 patients who underwent robot-assisted lung cancer surgery at our hospital between September 2022 and September 2024 were enrolled.They were divided into the control group(n=68,receiving routine postoperative nursing care for lung cancer surgery)and the observation group(n=68,receiving TCM rehabilitation care in addition to routine postoperative care for lung cancer surgery)using a random number table.Pulmonary function,quality of life,pain levels,postoperative recovery indicators,and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with that before intervention,both groups showed significant increases in MVV,VC,FVC and FEV1 levels after intervention(P<0.05),while the above four indicators were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group one month after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with those before intervention,European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire-lung cancer 43(EORTC QLQ-LC43)scores increased and VAS scores decreased in the two groups after intervention(P<0.05).0ne month after intervention,the observation group showed higher EORTC QLQ-LC43 scores and lower VAS scores than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group also had significantly shorter length of hospital stay and duration of chest drainage tube,as well as earlier time to first ambulation compared to the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of TCM rehabilitation nursing protocol after Da Vinci surgical robot-assisted lung cancer surgery can significantly improve pulmonary function,enhance quality of life,shorten postoperative recovery time,alleviate pain,and reduce complication rates.Integrating TCM-specific nursing practices with modern medical technology can establish a more comprehensive and efficient rehabilitation model for patients after lung cancer surgery.
