基于CiteSpace的国内外机器人辅助手术护理研究可视化分析OA
Visualization analysis of domestic and international nursing research on robot-assisted surgery based on CiteSpace
目的:分析国内外机器人辅助手术护理的研究现状、热点及趋势.方法:以中国知网、万方数据、Web of Science核心数据库为数据源,使用CiteSpace 6.4.R1 对机器人辅助手术护理相关研究的发表时间、分布、关键词等进行可视化分析.结果:共纳入中文文献949篇、英文文献3442篇.机器人辅助手术护理研究发文量呈逐年上升趋势,美国为发文量最高的国家,意大利、中国紧随其后,但国内合作不密切.目前,机器人辅助护理研究热点为高风险手术护理流程标准化与安全管理、创新多学科协作下的快速康复护理模式、构建人工智能(AI)围手术期决策支持系统.结论:未来研究应融合深度学习与增强现实技术提升机器人辅助手术围手术期护理的精准性,构建各专科手术护理配合的标准化培训体系,优化术前评估、术中护理协作及术后远程监测的全周期智慧护理模式,促进跨学科技术适配与患者预后改善,提升机器人辅助手术护理质量,推动我国机器人辅助手术护理研究的发展.
Objective:To analyze the current status,hotspots,and emerging trends in nursing research on robot-assisted surgery both domestically and internationally.Methods:Taking the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,and Web of Science Core Collection as data sources,using CiteSpace 6.4.R1 to visualize publication time,geographic distribution,and keyword co-occurrence patterns related to nursing in robot-assisted surgery.Results:A total of 949 Chinese and 3442 English literature were included.The number of publications has shown a steady annual increase.The United States contributed the largest volume of research,followed by Italy and China.However,domestic collaboration networks remain weak.Current research hotspots include standardization of nursing protocols and safety management in high-risk surgeries,innovative multidisciplinary collaborative models for enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS),and the development of artificial intelligence(AI)-driven decision support systems for perioperative care.Conclusion:Future research should integrate deep learning and augmented reality technologies to enhance the precision of perioperative nursing in robot-assisted surgery.It is essential to establish standardized training systems for nursing teams across surgical specialties,and to optimize a full-cycle intelligent nursing model encompassing preoperative assessment,intraoperative collaboration,and postoperative remote monitoring.Such advancements will promote interdisciplinary technological adaptation,improve patient outcomes,and accelerate the development of nursing research in robot-assisted surgery in China.
