在各类野鸡种类中,雉鸡种群数量较大且分布广泛,在生态系统中扮演着重要角色.雉鸡是新城疫病毒(Newcastle disease virus,NDV)的重要自然宿主,其感染NDV会对雉鸡养殖业和公共卫生安全构成严重威胁.本文系统综述了NDV的基因组学、诊断技术及免疫防控研究现状,旨在为雉鸡新城疫的科学防控及相关研究提供参考依据.

Among various pheasant species,Phasianus colchicus has large populations and wide distribution,and plays an important role in the ecosystem.Phasianus colchicus serves as an important natural host for Newcastle disease virus(NDV),and NDV infection in Phasianus colchicus poses a serious threat to Phasianus colchicus farming industry and public health safety.This paper systematically reviewed the genomics,diagnostic technology and immuno-prevention and control of NDV in Phasianus colchicus,aiming to provide a reference basis for the prevention and control of NDV disease and related research.
