Advances in feeding behavior monitoring and feed allocation algorithms for intelligent precision swine feeding systems
智能化精准饲喂是现代养猪业提升饲料效率和实现绿色养殖的重要途径.本文综述了猪群采食行为监测技术,包括无线射频识别(RFID)与电子料槽、称重传感器、视频图像检测和音频检测,并分析其应用优势与不足.同时,探讨了饲料配给算法与模型的发展历程,从营养机理模型、强化学习模型到数据驱动与组合优化方法,着重强调了这些算法在实现个体化精准饲养中的关键作用.最后,展望了多模态感知融合、智能算法演化、云边协同部署及绿色低碳养殖等发展趋势,以期为现代养猪业智能化精准饲喂技术的研发与应用提供参考.
Intelligent precision feeding is a key approach in modern pig production to improve feed efficiency and promote sustainable farming.This review summarized feeding behavior monitoring methods including RFID with electronic feeders,load-cell sensors,video recognition,and audio detection and analyzed their strengths and limitations.It further examined feed allocation algorithms,from mechanistic nutrition and reinforcement learning models to data-driven and optimization approaches,highlighting their role in individualized nutrition.Finally,future trends such as multimodal sensing,intelligent algorithm evolution,cloud-edge integration deployment,and green and low-carbon feeding strategies were discussed.
