马胃蝇幼虫鉴定方法研究进展OA
Research progress on identification methods of Gasterophilus larvae
马胃蝇蛆病是由胃蝇科胃蝇属幼虫寄生于马属动物胃肠道黏膜引起的一种严重寄生虫病.在我国,引发该病的主要优势种包括黑腹胃蝇、肠胃蝇、鼻胃蝇、红尾胃蝇、黑角胃蝇和裸节胃蝇.内蒙古自治区作为我国马养殖业大省,受马胃蝇蛆病影响尤为严重,给当地养马业造成了重大经济损失.目前,病原鉴定主要依赖于形态学、分子生物学和血清学诊断方法.其中,形态学鉴定在宏观层面主要观察幼虫体色及体表棘刺排列模式,微观层面则聚焦于特定超微结构的种间细微差异;分子生物学技术可有效区分除红尾胃蝇和裸节胃蝇外的其余 4 种胃蝇;血清学诊断方面,已有研究基于黑腹胃蝇三期幼虫粗抗原及唾液腺抗原建立了间接ELISA检测方法.本文综述了国内外相关研究进展,并系统概述了上述 6 种优势种的生活史与形态学特征,旨在为马胃蝇三期幼虫的鉴定提供参考依据.
Gastrogasteriasis is a severe parasitic disease caused by larvae of the genus Gasterophilus in the family Oestridae parasitizing the gastrointestinal mucosa of equids.In China,the main dominant species causing the disease include Gasterophilus pecorum,Gasterophilus intestinalis,Gasterophilus nasalis,Gasterophilus haemorrhoidalis,Gasterophilus nigricornis and Gasterophilus inermis.As a major horse breeding province,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is seriously affected by Gastrogasteriasis disease,which has caused significant economic losses to the horse industry.At present,pathogen identification mainly depends on morphological,molecular biological and serological diagnostic methods.Morphological identification is based on the observation of larval body color and body surface spine arrangement pattern at the macro level,while the micro level focuses on the subtle differences between species with specific ultrastructure.Molecular biology techniques could effectively distinguish the other four species except G.haemorrhoidalis and G.inermis;in serological diagnosis,an indirect ELISA detection method has been established based on the crude antigen and salivary gland antigen of the three-stage Gasterophilus larvae.This paper reviewed the relevant research progress at home and abroad,and summarized the life history and morphological characteristics of the above six dominant species,aiming to provide a reference for the identification of the third-stage larvae of Gasterophilus.
