日粮中添加不同剂量氯化胆碱对断奶湖羊发情时间及生殖激素变化的影响OA
Effects of different doses of choline chloride in diet on estrus onset and reproductive hormone changes in weaned Hu sheep
为了探究包被氯化胆碱对断奶湖羊初情期的影响,试验将 48 只刚断奶湖羊随机分为 4 组,每组 12 只,对照组全程饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别饲喂基础日粮添加 1 g/只(试验Ⅰ组)、3 g/只(试验Ⅱ组)和 5 g/只(试验Ⅲ组)的包被氯化胆碱,预试期8 d,正式期22 d,试验期间统计初重、末重和发情羊数量,计算羊只增重、平均日增重和发情率,并采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P4)、促黄体素(LH)和促卵泡素(FSH)水平.结果表明:试验Ⅱ组湖羊末重、增重、平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),发情率高于对照组且发情时间较对照组提前 8 d.试验Ⅱ组LH水平在第7,16 天显著高于对照组(P<0.05),第1,3,11,17,22 天高于对照组但差异不显著(P>0.05);FSH水平在第 7,9,11,13,18,22 天显著高于对照组(P<0.05),第 1,15,16,17,21 天高于对照组但差异不显著(P>0.05);E2 水平在第 3,16,17,18,19 天显著高于对照组(P<0.05),第 1,5,7,9,11,15 天高于对照组但差异不显著(P>0.05);P4 的水平在第 5,9,11,17 天显著高于对照组(P<0.05),第 1,7,13,15,16,18,22 天高于对照组但差异不显著(P>0.05).试验Ⅲ组各激素水平在部分时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05),但试验Ⅲ组与试验Ⅱ组差异不显著(P>0.05),且日增重显著低于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05).说明在常规基础日粮中添加 3 g/只包被氯化胆碱,可有效促进断奶湖羊生长增重并提前进入初情期,为断奶湖羊初情期调控提供有效技术方案.
In order to explore the effects of coated choline chloride on the onset of estrus in weaned Hu sheep,48 weaned Hu sheep were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 12 sheep in each group.The control group was fed with the basal diet,and the experimental groups were supplemented with 1 g/sheep(experimental group Ⅰ),3 g/sheep(experimental group Ⅱ),and 5 g/sheep(experimental group Ⅲ)of coated choline chloride in the basal diet,respectively.The pre-test period was 8 days and the formal period was 22 days.During the test,the initial weight,final weight,and the number of sheep in estrus were counted.The weight gain,average daily weight gain,and estrus rate of sheep were calculated.Estradiol(E2),progesterone(P4),luteinizing hormone(LH),and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)level were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed that the final weight,weight gain,and average daily gain in experimental group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The estrus rate was higher than that of the control group,and the estrus occurred 8 days earlier than that of the control group.The LH level in the experimental group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in the control group on the days 7 and 16(P<0.05),and was higher on days 1,3,11,17,and 22,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The FSH level was significantly higher than that in the control group on days 7,9,11,13,18,and 22(P<0.05),while it was higher on days 15,16,17,and 21,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).The level of E2 was significantly higher than that in the control group on days 3,16,17,18,and 19(P<0.05),while it was higher on days 1,5,7,9,11,and 15,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).The level of P4 was significantly higher than that in the control group on days 5,9,11,and 17(P<0.05),while it was higher on days 1,7,13,15,16,18,and 22,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).The hormone levels in group Ⅲ were significantly better than those in the control group at some time periods(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between experimental group Ⅲ and group Ⅱ(P>0.05),and its daily gain was significantly lower than that in group Ⅱ(P<0.05).It was indicated that the addition of 3 g/sheep coated choline chloride in the conventional basal diet could effectively promote the growth and weight gain of weaned Hu sheep and advance the onset of estrus,which could provide an effective technical scheme for regulating the onset of estrus in weaned Hu sheep.
