基于TOPSIS法的河南省土地生态安全时空演变特征分析OA

开展土地生态安全测度是科学研判区域土地生态安全状况、明确土地资源可持续利用路径的重要前提与基础.基于压力、状态与响应3个维度构建河南省土地生态安全评价指标体系,运用TOPSIS方法对2013-2023年河南省土地生态安全水平进行测度.结果表明,研究期间河南省土地生态安全水平整体呈波动缓升趋势,各城市土地生态安全水平介于危险级与亚安全级之间,整体处于中等偏低水平.2013-2018年河南省各地市土地生态系统的压力、状态与响应水平均呈缓慢上升趋势,但2023年出现下降,反映出土地生态安全稳定性较差.在空间分布格局上,河南省土地生态安全水平呈现"东南高、西北低"的梯度分布特征,豫东和豫南地区达到亚安全等级的城市数量近年来持续增多.为进一步提升土地生态安全水平,河南省应重点从制定生态安全总体规划、构建生态安全风险预警与监测平台、建立健全区域协同发展机制等方面系统推进.

Conducting the measurement of land ecological security is an important premise and foundation for scientifically assessing the regional land ecological security situation and defining the sustainable utilization of regional land resources.By constructing an evaluation index system for land ecological security in Henan Province from three dimensions,namely,pressure,state and response,the TOPSIS method was used to measure the land ecological security level of Henan Province from 2013 to 2023.The results show thatthe overall level of land ecological security in Henan Province showed a fluctuating and slow upward trend during the study period.The land ecological security levels of various cities were between the dangerous level and the subsecure level,remaining in a moderately low state.From the perspective of the development indices of each subsystem,the pressure,state and response levels of the land ecological system in various cities of Henan Province showed a slow growth trend from 2013 to 2018,but a downward trend appeared in 2023,indicating poor stability of land ecological security.In terms of spatial distribution pattern,the land ecological security level in Henan Province showed an obvious gradient distribution characteristic of"high in the southeast and low in the north-west".The number of cities reaching the sub-secure level in Eastern Henan and Southern Henan has continuedto increase in recent years.Henan Province should focus on promoting the improvement of land ecological security level by formulating an overall ecological security plan,building an ecological security risk early-warning and monitoring platform,and constructing a regional coordinated development system and mechanism.
