Axial compressive performance of GFRP wrapped tube-spiral reinforced concrete composite columns
为研究玻璃纤维复合材料(GFRP)缠绕管-螺旋筋复合约束混凝土柱的轴压力学性能,以GFRP缠绕管壁厚、螺旋筋配箍率、螺旋筋屈服强度及长细比为变化参数,对11个试件开展轴压性能试验,分析试件的破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线、应变变化规律、极限承载力及延性.结果表明:在GFRP缠绕管混凝土柱内增设螺旋箍筋后,试件从脆性破坏转为延性破坏,承载力和延性显著提升;螺旋筋的约束作用主要表现在弹塑性阶段和流塑性阶段,提高螺旋筋配箍率和屈服强度可显著改善试件的轴压性能.与采用镀锌铁丝相比,使用高强钢丝时,试件的承载力提高约30%,延性提升约70%;随着长细比的增大,轴压承载力下降约7.41%,延性降低约42.59%,脆性破坏特征更加显著.
To investigate the axial compression performance of GFRP wrapped tube-spiral reinforced concrete composite columns,11 specimens were subjected to axial compression performance tests with varying parame-ters including GFRP tube wall thickness,reinforcement ratio of spiral stirrup,yield strength of spiral stirrup,and aspect ratio.The failure modes of the specimens,the characteristics of load-displacement curves,the law of strain variation,the ultimate bearing capacity,and the ductility were explored.The results show that adding steel cages to GFRP wrapped concrete columns can transform the failure mode of specimens from brittle failure mode to ductile failure mode,and significantly improve both bearing capacity and ductility.The restraining effect of spiral stirrup is mainly manifested in the elastic-plastic stage and the flow plastic stage.Increasing the ratio of spiral stirrup and the yield strength of spiral stirrup can significantly improve the axial compression per-formance of the specimen.Compared with galvanized iron wire,the specimens with high-strength steel wire as spiral stirrup exhibit an increase of approximately 30%in bearing capacity and an improvement of around 70%in ductility.With the increase of aspect ratio,the axial compressive bearing capacity decreases by about 7.41%,and the ductility decreases by about 42.59%.The brittle fracture characteristics are more prominent.
