外来药物阿魏传入吐蕃的考证与藏药化研究OA

As one of the representative foreign-origin Tibetan medicines,Ferula asafoetida L.was introduced to Xizang as early as the Tubo Period.By sorting out the records of Ferula asafoetida L.in Arabian medicine,Indian traditional medicine,and Uyghur medicine,our research team confirms that Persia is its place of origin,in contrast,Tibetan medicinal Ferula asafoetida L.is mainly sourced from Persia,India,and the Khotan Region,and was introduced into the Tubo Region through commercial trade and Buddhist cultural exchanges.In the process of the Tibetan medicinalization of foreign medicines,Ferula asafoetida L.has undergone threefold transformation:on the theoretical level,through the reconstruction of drug cognition based on the Tibetan medical"Three Humors Theory"(Tripa,Regpa and Badkan),its core positioning in treating Regpa disorders and Badkan disorders has been established;on the clinical application level,it can meet the therapeutic needs of plateau cold diseases,highlighting its application in the treatment of cold syndromes,on the cultural level,it has been integrated into the ritual practices of Bon religion,thereby forming the religious medicinal function of dispelling evil spirits and eliminating misfortunes.This process not only reflects the ability of Tibetan medicine to absorb and transform foreign medicines,but also reveals the historical landscape of cultural exchanges between Tibetan medicine and foreign medical systems during the Tubo Period.Furthermore,it provides valuable historical references for the inheritance,innovation,and cross-cultural dialogue of contemporary ethnic medicine.
