水工隧洞地震响应预测研究和敏感性分析OA
Research and Sensitivity Analysis of Seismic Response Prediction for Hydraulic Tunnels
通过建立有限元模型对水工隧洞地震响应展开了研究,结合机器学习理论建立多种不同算法预测模型,得到适用于该模拟的最优机器学习方法预测模型,并在最优预测模型的基础上进行水工隧洞参数敏感度分析.结果表明,建立水工隧洞地震响应有限元模型具有较好的准确性,利用其模拟数据建立的地震响应预测模型中,随机森林算法为最优预测模型,敏感性分析表明,最大环向拉应力和最大径向拉应力对隧洞埋深敏感性最强.研究结果可供隧洞设计及管理提供参考.
This study investigated the seismic response of hydraulic tunnels by establishing a finite element model.Multiple prediction models were developed using various algorithms based on machine learning theory,and the optimal machine learning method for this simulation was identified.Furthermore,a parameter sensitivity analysis of the hydraulic tunnel was conducted based on the optimal prediction model.The results show that the finite element model of the hydraulic tunnel's seismic response has good accuracy.Among the seismic response prediction models established using the simulated data,the random forest algorithm proved to be the optimal prediction model.The sensitivity analysis indicated that the maximum circumferential tensile stress and the maximum radial tensile stress are most sensitive to the tunnel's burial depth.The research findings can provide valuable references for tunnel design and management.
