针对淤地坝土体渗透性微观调控机制不明确的问题,以罕台川流域上下游4座典型淤地坝的黄土为对象,采用变水头渗透试验与扫描电镜(SEM)定量—定性联合分析,揭示土体宏观渗透特性与微观结构的关联规律.结果表明:4座坝体土均呈低渗透特性,渗透系数随含水率降低总体减小,但下游后沙坝因微观结构的特殊性,含水率较低却渗透性回升;自上游至下游,土体骨架颗粒由粗大松散转为致密胶结、接触模式由点接触变为面面接触,孔隙系统由连通大孔隙转为封闭微孔隙,最下游后沙坝因其土体颗粒均质化致其孔隙分形维数降低、渗透系数回升.研究证实,淤地坝土体渗透性受含水率(增强渗透)与微观结构致密化(抑制渗透)的动态平衡调控,研究成果可为淤地坝防渗设计及内蒙古黄土高原坝体建设及维护提供理论参考.

Addressing the lack of clarity regarding the micro-regulatory mechanisms governing soil permeability in silt-trapping dams,this study examines loess from four representative dams in the upper and lower reaches of the Hantai River basin.Employing variable-head permeability tests combined with quantitative-qualitative scanning electron microscopy(SEM)analysis,we elucidate the relationship between macroscopic permeability characteristics and microstructural features of the soil.Results indicate that all four dam soils exhibit low permeability characteristics,with permeability coefficients generally decreasing with decreasing moisture content.However,the downstream Housha Dam demonstrates a rebound in permeability despite lower moisture content due to its unique microstructure.From upstream to downstream,soil skeletal particles transitioned from coarse and loose to densely cemented;contact patterns shifted from point to surface-to-surface;and the pore system changed from interconnected macropores to closed micropores.The most downstream sand dam exhibited enhanced permeability due to reduced fractal dimension of pores resulting from particle homogenisation.The study confirms that soil permeability in sediment retention dams is dynamically regulated by the equilibrium between moisture content(enhancing permeability)and microstructural densification(inhibiting permeability).This research provides theoretical reference for impermeability design in sediment retention dams and the construction and maintenance of dam bodies on the Inner Mongolia Loess Plateau.
