山区小型水库在防洪、灌溉及生态保障中发挥着重要作用,但由于建设年代久远、设计标准偏低及维护管理不到位,普遍存在结构隐患、渗漏问题和附属设施功能退化等病害,严重影响其运行安全和防洪减灾能力.通过系统分析常见病害类型及成因,提出了结构加固、防渗处理和智能监测等除险加固关键技术体系,以期为类似工程提供技术参考.

Small reservoirs in mountainous areas play an important role in flood control,irrigation,and ecological protection.However,due to long construction histories,low design standards,and inadequate maintenance,widespread issues such as structural hazards,leakage,and degradation of auxiliary facilities have emerged,seriously affecting operational safety and flood control capabilities.Through a systematic analysis of common defects types and their causes,a key technical system for danger removal and reinforcement was proposed,encompassing structural reinforcement,anti-seepage treatment,and intelligent monitoring.It is expected to provide a technical reference for similar projects.
