磁场和促垢剂对CaCO3垢成核诱导期的协同机理OA
Synergistic mechanism of magnetic field and scale promoter on the nucleation induction period of CaCO3 scale
集结聚垢装置具有定点结垢除垢且缓解后续工艺管线结垢问题的优势,但因流体在装置内停留时间过短,故整体除垢效率较低.为进一步缩短结垢时间,提高CaCO3析晶污垢生长速率,本文通过室内动态模拟剪切实验、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射以及zeta电位分析,系统分析了磁场强度、促垢剂类型和浓度以及二者协同作用对CaCO3垢成核诱导期的影响机理.结果发现:促垢剂能显著提高碳酸钙垢的异相成核速度;磁场作用增强了成垢粒子的碰撞概率,有力地促进了晶核的形成.此外,随着溶液温度、搅拌转速以及反应时间的增加,失钙率不断增大.促垢剂与磁场协同作用不仅促进了方解石型碳酸钙向文石型碳酸钙转变,使垢层表面变得凹凸不平,还降低了颗粒间的静电斥力.二者协同作用后的成核诱导期相较于对照组缩短了13min.
The fouling accumulation and removal device has the advantages of fixed-point fouling and descaling and alleviating the fouling problem of subsequent process pipelines.However,due to the fact that the residence time of the fluid in the device is too short,the overall descaling efficiency is relatively low.In order to shorten the fouling time and increase the growth rate of CaCO3 crystallization fouling,the influence mechanism of magnetic field intensity,the type and concentration of scale promoters and their synergistic effect on the nucleation induction period of CaCO3 scale was explored through an experimental system.The results showed that the scale promoter can significantly increase the heterogeneous nucleation speed of calcium carbonate scale.The action of the magnetic field enhanced the collision probability of the scale-forming particles and effectively promoted the formation of crystal nuclei.Their synergy not only promoted the transformation of calcite-type calcium carbonate to aragonite-type calcium carbonate,making the surface of the scale layer uneven,but also reduced the electrostatic repulsion between particles.Compared with the control group,the nucleation induction period after the synergistic effect of the two was shortened by 13min.
