近年来河湖基础数据与第一次全国水利普查成果存在差异,河湖名录复核工作迫在眉睫.针对传统人工复核方法效率低、成本高、准确性不足的问题,文章以河南省河湖名录复核工作为实践案例,阐述了融合计算机技术、遥感影像技术、GIS技术的智慧化复核系统平台搭建过程,包括平台框架结构、功能模块设置及智慧化功能开发.详细介绍了基于该平台的水普内外河湖数据处理、填报、汇总全流程复核工作开展情况,并分析了智慧化手段在提升复核效率与准确度方面的实践成效,同时指出了当前技术应用的局限性,提出了引入无人机技术、AI技术的优化方向,为后续河湖管理保护及河湖长制深化落实提供技术参考与实践支撑.

In recent years,there have been discrepancies between the basic data of rivers and lakes and the results of the First National Water Conservancy Census.The review of the river and lake list is urgently needed.In response to the problems of low efficiency,high cost and insufficient accuracy in traditional manual review methods,this paper takes the review work of the river and lake list in Henan Province as a practical case,and elaborates on the construction process of a smart review system platform that integrates computer technology,remote sensing image technology and GIS technology,including the framework structure of the platform,the setting of functional modules and the development of intelligent functions.It provides a detailed account of the implementation process of the internal and external river and lake data processing,filling,summarizing,and whole basin re-examination based on the platform.It also analyzes the practical effects of intelligent means in improving the efficiency and accuracy of the re-examination process.At the same time,it points out the limitations of current technology applications,and proposes an optimization direction of introducing UAV technology and AI technology.This provides technical references and practical support for the subsequent management and protection of rivers and lakes as well as the in-depth implementation of the river and lake chief system.
