有机肥配施氮肥对大粒香籽粒灌浆特性与穗型指数及产量的影响OA
Effects of Organic Fertilizer Combined with Nitrogen Fertilizer on Grain Filling Characteristics,Panicle Type Index and Yield of Dalixiang
[目的]探明有机肥与氮肥配施对大粒香籽粒灌浆特性、穗型指数和产量的影响,为生产大粒香减氮增效和优化栽培措施提供参考.[方法]以大粒香为试验材料,设置 6个处理,分别为不施肥(对照,CK)、单施氮肥(N)、有机肥替代 30%氮肥(NF1)、有机肥替代 50%氮肥(NF2)、有机肥替代 70%氮肥(NF3)和 100%有机肥(F),测定不同比例有机肥配施氮肥处理的大粒香强势粒、弱势粒灌浆参数及穗型指数.[结果]与CK相比,随有机肥施用量增加,强势粒、弱势粒灌浆速率最大时的米粒重(Wmax)、籽粒最大灌浆速率(Gmax)、平均灌浆速率(Gmean)和活跃灌浆期(D)均整体呈先增大后减小趋势,到达最大灌浆速率的时间(Tmax)则呈先降低后增高趋势.NF1 处理大粒香强势粒的Wmax、Gmax、Gmean和D值均最大,分别为17.630 7 mg/grain、1.722 1 mg/(gra i n•d)、1.089 2 mg/(gra i n•d)和26.52 d;Tmax分别比CK、N、NF2、NF3 和F处理短 1.61 d、0.04 d、0.07 d、1.35 d和 0.91 d.NF1 处理大粒香弱势粒的Wmax、Gmax、Gmean和D值均最大,分别为 12.681 9 mg/grain、0.562 2 mg/(grain•d)、0.323 2 mg/(grain•d)和 58.69 d;Tmax分别比CK、N、NF2、NF3 和F处理短 2.00 d、0.31 d、0.45 d、1.08 d和 1.36 d.此外,有机肥配施氮肥明显影响大粒香的穗型指数,随有机肥用量增加呈先升后降趋势,NF1 处理显著高于其他处理,为 0.53;产量呈下降趋势,NF1 处理产量最高,为 530.09 kg/667m2.每穗总粒数、有效穗数、结实率、穗型指数和强势粒Wmax为有机肥配施氮肥处理后综合评价产量性状的关键指标.产量与每穗总粒数、有效穗数、穗型指数和强势粒Wmax间呈显著正相关.[结论]合理配施有机肥与氮肥能显著提升大粒香产量,有机肥替代30%氮肥处理产量最高(530.09 kg/667m2),主要通过增加每穗总粒数、有效穗数及穗型指数来提升产量.
[Objective]The effects of organic fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer combination on grain filling characteristics,panicle type index(PTI)and yield of Dalixiang were studied,which provided reference for reducing nitrogen fertilizer and increasing efficiency in production and formulating better cultivation measures for rice.[Method]Dalixiang was selected as the experimental material,and the following 6 treatment groups were set up for study:No fertilizer as CK,nitrogen fertilizer(N),organic fertilizer replacing 30%nitrogen fertilizer(NF1),organic fertilizer replacing 50%nitrogen fertilizer(NF2),organic fertilizer replacing 70%nitrogen fertilizer(NF3)and 100%organic fertilizer(F).Then the grain-filling parameters(superior and inferior grains)and PTI of Dalixiang treated with different ratios of organic fertilizer combined with nitrogen fertilizer were determined.[Result]Compared with CK,as the application rate of organic fertilizer increased,the grain weight at maximum filling rate(Wmax),maximum grain-filling rate(Gmax),mean grain-filling rate(Gmean)and active grain-filling period(D)of both superior and inferior grains generally increased initially and then decreased,while the time to reach maximum filling rate(Tmax)showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.Under NF1 treatment,the Wmax,Gmax,Gmean,and D values for the superior grains of Dalixiang reached the maximums,at 17.630 7 mg/grain,1.722 1 mg/(grain•d),1.089 2 mg/(grain•d),and 26.52 days,respectively.The Tmax was reduced by 1.61 days,0.04 days,0.07 days,1.35 days,and 0.91 days compared to CK,N,NF2,NF3,and F treatments,respectively.Similarly,under the NF1 treatment,the Wmax,Gmax,Gmean,and D values for the inferior grains of Dalixiang also reached the maximums,at 12.681 9 mg/grain,0.562 2 mg/(grain•d),0.323 2 mg/(grain•d),and 58.69 days,respectively.The Tmax was reduced by 2.00 days,0.31 days,0.45 days,1.08 days,and 1.36 days compared to CK,N,NF2,NF3,and F treatments,respectively.In addition,organic fertilizer combined with nitrogen obviously affected the PTI of Dalixiang.With the increase of organic fertilizer,the PTI showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and was significantly higher under NF1 treatment(0.53)than other treatments.The yield showed a downward trend,and the yield of Dalixiang under NF1 reached the highest at 530.09 kg/667m2.The total number of grains per panicle,effective panicle number,seed setting rate,PTI and Wmax of superior grains were selected as the key indexes for comprehensive evaluation of yield traits after the treatment of organic fertilizer combined with nitrogen fertilizer.Yield was significantly positively correlated with total number of grains per panicle,effective panicle number,PTI and Wmax of superior grains.[Conclusion]Reasonable application of organic fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer can significantly increase the yield of Dalixiang.The yield of Dalixiang was the highest(530.09 kg/667m2)under the treatment of organic fertilizer replacing 30%nitrogen fertilizer.This yield enhancement was primarily achieved by increasing the total number of grains per panicle,effective panicle number and panicle type index.
