文章以湖北宜昌东风渠灌区这一典型丘陵地区大型灌区为例,系统探讨了数字孪生技术如何针对性地解决其复杂地形下的水资源调配、工程安全与高效运行难题.通过构建数字孪生平台,实现了对物理灌区的全息映射与智能调控,该平台在应对丘陵地形输水损耗、高边坡渠道安全,以及库—渠—塘协同调度等地方性挑战中成效卓著,成功驱动灌区管理向数字化、智慧化转型,为长江流域乃至全国同类地貌灌区的现代化改造提供了"宜昌样板".

This paper systematically explores how digital twin technology addresses challenges in water resource allocation,engineering safety,and operational efficiency in complex terrain,using the Dongfeng Canal Irrigation District in Yichang,Hubei Province as a case study.By constructing a digital twin platform,a holographic mapping and intelligent regulation of the physical irrigation district has been achieved.The platform has demonstrated remarkable effectiveness in tackling localized challenges such as water conveyance loss in hilly terrain,safety of high-slope channels,and coordinated scheduling of reservoirs,canals,and ponds.It has successfully driven the transformation of irrigation area management toward digitalized and smart operation,and has provided the"Yichang Model"for the modernization of irrigation districts with similar topography in the Yangtze River Basin and across China.
