黔西南州引进75个甘蓝型油菜品种的农艺性状与适应性评价OA
Evaluation on Agronomic Traits and Adaptability of 75 Introduced Brassica napus Varieties in Qianxinan Prefecture
[目的]评估黔西南州引进甘蓝型油菜品种的区域适应性,筛选适宜当地种植的甘蓝型油菜品种.[方法]以黔西南州引进的早杂 7号、利油杂 168、川早油 12等 75个甘蓝型冬油菜品种为材料,通过田间试验分析不同油菜品种生育期、农艺性状差异,并进行性状间关联分析和品种聚类分析,筛选出优质高产且适应性强的甘蓝型油菜品种.[结果]黔西南州引进 75个甘蓝型油菜品种在成熟期出现明显的高温逼熟现象,全生育期较短(164~173 d),品种间变化较小;角粒数、单株产量、有效分枝数、单株有效角果数的变异系数均超过 20%,其中,角粒数为 8.13~25.72粒,变异系数最大,达 26.78%;单株产量为 5.39~16.77 g,变异系数为 25.32%;有效分枝数为 1.9~7.0个,变异系数为 22.85%.相关性分析结果表明,产量与单株产量极显著正相关,与千粒重显著正相关,与主花序角果数显著负相关;单株产量与有效分枝数、单株有效角果数极显著正相关,与分枝部位极显著负相关;分枝部位明显与株高密切关联.聚类结果表明,75个油菜品种可分为六大类群,其中,类群Ⅲ(利油杂 168、绵油 51、阳光 131和早杂 9号)的平均产量为 166.48 kg/667m2,属于高产群,株高中等,分枝部位低,有效分枝数和单株有效角果数多,单株产量和产量高;类群V含早杂 7号、油研早 185、宝油 150等 25个品种,平均产量为 151.75 kg/667m2,属于中高产群,株高、分枝部位、有效分枝数和单株有效角果数中等,千粒重大,单株产量中等.[结论]选择株高适中、分枝部位低、有效分枝数多、单株有效角果数多的品种,更利于提高油菜籽产量.绵油 51、星德油 1号、早杂 7号产量在 180 kg/667m2 以上,分别比 75个甘蓝型油菜品种均值高 39.15%、37.49%、35.81%,增产潜能较大,可作为黔西南州高产优良品种进行推广种植;早杂 7号全生育期(164 d)最短,可作为首选早熟品种进行推广;早杂 9号和利油杂 168农艺性状相对稳定,具有早熟优势,适宜在黔西南州及气候条件相似区域种植;油研早 185和佳油早 701,株高适中,有效分枝数、单株有效角果数和产量属于中高,可作为育种材料进一步研究利用.
[Objective]The Brassica napus varieties suitable for local cultivation were screened by evaluating the regional adaptability of introduced B.napus varieties in early-maturing areas of Qianxinan Prefecture.[Method]The B.napus varieties with the advantages of high quality,high yield and strong adaptability were screened by analyzing the differences in growth period and agronomic traits among 75 introduced B.napus winter varieties by a field experiment,the correlations between different agronomic traits and the genetic relationship among 75 introduced B.napus winter varieties,such as Zaoza 7,Liyouza 168,Chuanzaoyou 12,etc.[Result]In Qianxinan Prefecture,75 introduced B.napus varieties showed an obvious high-temperature forced ripening phenomenon at maturity stage.The entire growth period was relatively short(164-173 d)and there was a lesser difference among 75 introduced B.napus varieties.The variation coefficients of seeds per pod,yield per plant,effective branches and effective pods per plant all exceeded 20%.The seeds per pod was 8.13-25.72 with the highest variation coefficient(26.78%).The yield per plant was 5.39-16.77 g with variation coefficient of 25.32%.The number of effective branches was 1.9-7.0 with variation coefficient of 22.85%.The results of correlation analysis indicated that yield was positively related to yield per plant very significantly,positively related to thousand grain weight and negatively related to pods of main inflorescences significantly.The yield per plant was positively related to effective branches and effective pods per plant very significantly,and negatively related to branch position very significantly.The branch position was closely related to plant height obviously.The clustering results indicated that 75 introduced B.napus varieties could be classified into six groups.Among them,the average yield of Group Ⅲ(Liyouza 168,Mianyou 51,Yangguang 131 and Zaoza 9)with a high yield performance reached 166.48 kg/667m2 due to moderate plant height,lower branch position,higher effective branches,effective pods per plant,yield per plant and yield.The average yield of Group V(including 25 varieties such as Zaoza 7,Youyanzao 185,and Baoyou 150)with a moderate and high yield performance was 151.75 kg/667m2 due to medium plant height,branch position,effective branches,effective pods per plant and yield per plant and higher thousand grain weight.[Conclusion]The B.napus varieties with moderate plant height,lower branch position,higher effective branches and more effective pods per plant are beneficial to increase rapeseed yield.The yield of Mianyou 51,Xingdeyou 1 and Zaoza 7 is above 180 kg/667m2,and 39.15%,37.49%and 35.81%higher than the average value of 75 introduced B.napus varieties respectively,which indicates that three introduced B.napus varieties with a great potential for increased production should be popularized and cultivated in Qianxinan Prefecture.Zaoza 7 with the shortest growth period(164 d)can be promoted as a preferred early-maturing variety in Qianxinan Prefecture.Zaoza 9 and Liyouza 168 with stable agronomic traits and early-maturing advantage are suitable for planting in Qianxinan Prefeture and the areas with similar climate conditions.Youyanzao 185 and Jiayouzao 701 with moderate plant height,higher effective branches,effective pods per plant and yield can be used as breeding materials for further research and utilization.
