聚甲氧基二甲醚3掺混对正戊烷反扩散火焰燃烧碳烟生成特性的影响研究OA
Study on effect of PODE3 addition on soot formation characteristics of n-pentane inverse diffusion flame
本文利用反扩散火焰燃烧平台,以正戊烷作为基础燃料,研究了添加不同浓度聚甲氧基二甲醚3(PODE3)对碳氢燃料燃烧碳烟生成特性的影响,采用透射电子显微镜、拉曼光谱仪和X射线衍射仪对碳烟样品进行分析.结果表明:随着PODE3的掺混,碳烟颗粒平均粒径下降,平均微晶长度减小,平均微晶曲率增大;一阶拉曼光谱中代表晶格内部缺陷和无序结构的D峰与代表石墨稳定结构的G峰的积分强度之比逐渐增加,(002)晶面的层间距增大,碳烟颗粒石墨化程度降低,无序程度增大.
Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ether(PODEn)is a promising alternative fuel for diesel due to its high oxy-gen content and high cetane number,thereby enhancing the thermal efficiency and reducing the pollutant emis-sions.In this study,an inverse diffusion flame was employed to investigate the effect of adding different concentra-tions of PODE3 on the soot formation characteristics of n-pentane combustion.The soot samples are analyzed by us-ing transmission electron microscope(TEM),Raman spectrometer,and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The results indicate that with increasing PODE3 blending ratio,the average particle size of soot decreases,the average fringe length reduces,and the average fringe tortuosity increases.The ratio of the integrated intensity of D band to the G band in the first-order Raman spectrum,representing lattice internal defects and disordered structure versus stable graphite structures,gradually increases.Additionally,the interlayer spacing of the(002)crystal plane expands,and the degree of graphitization of soot decreases while the degree of disorder increases.
