62份珠子椒种质的遗传多样性分析与综合评价OA
Genetic Diversity Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of 62 Bead-shaped Pepper(Capsicum annuum)Germplasm
[目的]探明 62份珠子椒种质的遗传多样性,为珠子椒种质资源开发利用与发酵型辣椒新品种选育提供参考依据.[方法]选取质量性状(果形、朝向、着生类型、青果色、熟果色)、数量性状(始花节位、株高、株幅、茎粗、果长、果宽、果肉厚、挂果数、单果重、生育期、产量、倒伏率、发病率)、品质性状(辣椒素含量、VC含量、脂肪含量、粗纤维含量)22个辣椒表型性状指标,采用遗传多样性分析、相关性分析、聚类分析和主成分分析方法并结合F值综合评价珠子椒种质资源.[结果]62份珠子椒种质以散生朝天、球形或近球形、青果绿色、熟果红色为主,多样性指数以着生类型最低,果肉厚最高.11个数量性状间呈显著相关关系,产量与果长、果宽、单果重、果肉厚呈正相关,与挂果数、生育期呈负相关.聚类分析将 62份珠子椒种质分为 2个类群,其差异特征主要体现在产量和生育期方面.6个主成分共包含 70.43%的遗传信息.珠子椒种质资源综合得分较高的有 10份,表现为 YZJ-19>YZJ-11>YZJ-8>YZJ-5>YZJ-7>YZJ-12>YZJ-3>YZJ-1>YZJ-9>YZJ-37.[结论]62份珠子椒种质遗传多样性丰富,表型性状间相互作用明显,综合得分较高的10份优异种质可作为产量高、熟性早、品质优珠子椒品种选育的亲本材料.
[Objective]The genetic diversity of 62 bead-shaped pepper germplasm was investigated to provide a theoretical basis for development and utilization of bead-shaped pepper germplasm resources and breeding of new fermentation pepper varieties.[Method]22 phenotypic traits including 5 qualitative traits of fruit shape,fruit orientation,biotype,green fruit color and ripen fruit color,13 quantitative traits of initial flower height,plant height,plant width,stem diameter,fruit length,fruit width,pulp thickness,bearing fruits,single fruit weight,growth period,yield,lodging rate and incidence rate and 4 quality traits of capsaicine,VC,fat and crude fibre content of 62 bead-shaped pepper germplasm resources were evaluated by genetic diversity analysis,correlation analysis,clustering analysis,PCA and F-value comprehensive evaluation.[Result]62 bead-shaped pepper germplasm were primarily characterized by scattered upward-facing fruits,spherical or nearly spherical shape,green unripe fruit and red ripen fruit,and the diversity index of fruit biotype and pulp thickness was the lowest and highest respectively.There were significant correlations between 11 quantitative traits.The yield was positively related to fruit length,fruit width,single fruit weight,and pulp thickness,and negatively related to number of bearing fruits and growth period.62 bead-shaped pepper germplasm were divided into two groups by clustering analysis and the difference characteristics between two groups was in yield and growth period.6 principal components accounted for 70.43%of the genetic information.The comprehensive score of top 10 bead-shaped pepper germplasm resources was YZJ-19>YZJ-11>YZJ-8>YZJ-5>YZJ-7>YZJ-12>YZJ-3>YZJ-1>YZJ-9>YZJ-37.[Conclusion]62 bead-shaped pepper germplasm are rich in genetic diversity and there are significant interactions between different phenotypic traits.10 excellent based-shaped pepper germplasm with a higher comprehensive score can be used as parental materials for breeding bead-pepper varieties with high yield,early maturity and good quality.
