船用低速二冲程气体燃料发动机早燃特性研究OA

早燃问题是奥托循环船用低速二冲程气体燃料发动机性能提升的首要障碍.本文梳理了船用低速二冲程气体燃料发动机早燃的成因、主要影响因素,系统总结了作者近年来为了解决该问题所开展的气缸油自燃引发气体燃料早燃机理及特性研究.研究揭示了气缸油在气体燃料环境内自燃及引发早燃的特性、影响因素及作用规律,阐明了预混合气燃空当量比、预混合气均匀度、气缸油油滴尺寸及聚集程度对早燃的决定性影响.据此开发了早燃抑制技术,并在我国首型自主研发的某型号低速二冲程天然气-柴油双燃料机中成功应用.通过改善预混合气均匀度、减少气缸油小油滴在缸内聚集,结合废气再循环控制缸内温度并降低氧浓度,有效抑制了早燃,改善了发动机的动力性及经济性,该发动机在平均有效压力高达1.9 MPa工况下没有发生早燃.

Pre-ignition is the primary obstacle to the development of marine Otto-cycle low-speed two-stroke gas en-gines.This paper analyzes the causes and main influencing factors of pre-ignition in marine low-speed two-stroke gas en-gines.It systematically summarizes the author's recent research on the mechanism and characteristics of pre-ignition in-duced by cylinder oil auto-ignition.The study reveals how cylinder oil auto-ignites and triggers pre-ignition,along with the key factors and underlying patterns involved.It further clarifies the decisive influence of the premixture's air-fuel equivalence ratio and uniformity,and the size and concentration of cylinder oil droplets on the occurrence of pre-ignition.Based on these findings,a pre-ignition suppression technology was developed and successfully applied in China's first independently developed 某型号 low-speed two-stroke dual-fuel engine.By improving the homogeneity of the premixture and reducing the accumulation of small cylinder oil droplets within the cylinder,combined with exhaust gas recirculation to control in-cylinder temperature and lower oxygen concentration,pre-ignition has been effectively sup-pressed,and the engine's power performance and fuel economy have been enhanced.Under operating conditions with a brake mean effective pressure as high as 1.9 MPa,no pre-ignition occurred in this engine.
